The JAC publishes the results of its selection exercises, presenting the progress of candidates broken down by gender, ethnicity, disability and professional background. Where possible we publish results for individual exercises, but sometimes the small number of appointments means that to do so would compromise candidate confidentiality. In those cases we aggregate a number of similar exercises.
The tables include information on the 'eligible pool' - the number of people who meet the job-specific minimum entry requirements. This figure is also broken down wherever possible to also show its diversity composition.
