JAC staff work in partnership with the Commission - that is, the Chairman and other Commissioners, who are the board of the JAC.
The Commission is committed to ensuring that staff are supported and have the appropriate skills, knowledge and experience to deliver the administration of all selection exercises, corporate services, policy and communication activities.
The JAC employs approximately 75 people in a variety of roles including selection exercise teams as well as general administrative support, finance and policy.
