The Judicial Appointments Commission is seeking to appoint two Regional Chairmen of Employment Tribunals for England and Wales, one based in Cardiff and one in London.
The Employment Tribunals resolve disputes between employers and employees over employment rights.
The Regional Chairman has an important judicial leadership responsibility and will be required to implement the President's directions in the overall supervision of the region. You will need to demonstrate high standards of case management and decision making. It is also a requirement that candidates applying for the Cardiff post can either speak Welsh or would be willing to undertake training to acquire a working knowledge of the Welsh language.

Salary: £126,400
