00395: Fee Paid Appointed Person, Trade Marks Registry

Appointed Persons hear and decide appeals from the decisions made by the Trade Marks Registry. Responsible for the effective conduct of hearings, the successful candidate will decide on matters of law and procedure, assess awards and determine amounts to be paid. The role is fee-paid and is expected to involve approximately 15 days a year.
