The Copyright Tribunal is an independent body which settles licensing disputes in the copyright and related rights area. As Deputy Chairman you will hear cases both alone and with other panel members. You will be expected to provide guidance on law and practice to lay members and non-represented parties at hearings. The role is fee-paid and is expected to involve approximately 10-15 days a year.

Fee: £700 plus VAT per day.
