00448: Master of the Queen's Bench Division

The Judicial Appointments Commission is inviting applications from legally qualified candidates suitable for appointment as a Master of the Queen's Bench Division.

In this role you will sit in the Royal Courts of Justice alongside some of the most senior Judges in England and Wales on high profile cases that often attract significant attention.

You will use your skills to handle the interlocutory stages in sizeable and complex cases that require an ability to absorb and analyse information quickly and accurately. You will consider applications in chambers, in open court and on paper, and the decisions you make on these issues including those of jurisdiction will have far reaching implications for trial or settlement.
