00430: Agricultural Land Tribunals, England and Wales - Lay Panel Member - Farmers (2009)

If you are or have been a farmer, a tenant farmer, a manager of agricultural land or an expert in the drainage of land, there are opportunities to use your professional experience to help resolve cases brought to the Agricultural Land Tribunals.

You will form part of a specialist panel alongside a legal chairman and another expert member. Your participation in hearings will contribute to decisions that are balanced, fair and well informed.

You will have expertise relevant to the role.

These are unpaid voluntary positions but a fixed rate daily allowance and reasonable expenses will be paid.
